Smooth but colour too dark
Covered smoothly and well and dried quickly. However, colour was not as expected, more like “old gold”. I have used Hammerite paint for other objects outside, I painted a “cycle” plant holder (in black) which was all rusty but still looks good two years later after painting.

Best rust paint in my opinion Nice and thick but still gives good coverage

More gold than copper
This isn't really a copper colour. More a brassy yellow gold. Works fine though. It lacks the pinkish dark red hue you might expect from a copper colour.

Hammerite Copper?
I ordered Copper smooth to enhance my copper street lamp top, which is real copper. This paint is not copper by any stretch of the imagination, at best it’s an unpleasant, dull brass, at worst it’s a horrible moss green colour.
