Horrible product.1) The template instructions were incorrect for the cut layout and measurements of the machine. This resulted in a drift for each card cut. The layout can be done on your own with some calipers. Ignore their card measurements and just space the length 2" for the card with a 3mm gap to the next.2) The plastic markers designed on the machine do not align with the actual cut wheel placements. You can adjust for this as well but it's annoying.3) The final straw for me was that the paper feed did not adequately pull the paper in straight. It took time for the paper to actually catch and go through the cutters only to come out at a slightly off angle when done.#3 was the only thing that was unforgivable and not worth troubleshooting any further. Sending it back.

Doesn't work. It will feed one single regular paper but not card stock and it also doesn't feed straight so for printed business cards its useless.
