I have bought littelry bought probably 50 of the plantronics ones b4 they became poly then the poly ones all kepts messing up and was excited that thos one has a c charger. And right out the box and charged and speaker all crackling. Doesn't announce names like older one then. When I make a call it rings normal then when the other person answers the blue tooth disconnects .. and I habe to switch back.on went back to old bluetooth and works fine. Tried updating restoring it and nothing. And now it auto answers when I get a call.. not happy at all

The ONLY improvement of this version over the old Legend is that it charges with USB. The speaker is a significant downgrade, constantly crackling, and the name of an incoming caller isn't announced anymore. So silly to drop that feature.
