INSAUTO Custom Fit Windshield Sun Shade for Lexus RX 2016-2022

Having a Honda Fit means you can’t use a standard sunshade. Tall glass. I needed to replace the custom fit shade I had currently. The large vertical fold type. After a while they form creases that make it difficult to use and hard for it to stay in place. Not this one. The INSAUTO is a the folding wire type it fits my glass perfectly and with the wire frame, it’s held up by the A pillars for a more secure fit. The Velcro strap to secure it to the rear view mirror is definitely a plus. When folded for storage (storage bag included) it’s as big as a dinner plate. Perfect for the passenger seat back pocket. You get a silver side for hot and a black side for cold. The construction is better than similar ones I’ve bought before. And for the price (or better) than you can get at the big box store….that doesn’t fit. Considering how parts and accessories are becoming harder to find (Not just Honda Fit) …buy two.

This fits my windshield perfectly and is very easy to put in place and remove when I'm ready to drive. It also folds up easily for storage without being a hassle to deal with inside the car. The material and overall construction feel good, especially for the price. I've been very happy with both the quality and value. Overall: great fit, simple to use and easy to store. Exactly what I was looking for in a windshield sunshade.

Great fit! Blocks out most all light on windshield. From reviews, I've decided not to twist it closed. Have room to just fold in half.

After dealing with a couple of sun shades that were allegedly compatible with my cars but didn't fit. This does the best job so far and is a perfect size. It definitely helps to keep the car cooler on the hot days. It is a recent purchase so I cannot remark on its durability but seems well made. The reflective side has a few scratches but not a concern. Material seems durable. TIP: You can save a bit of time with a little practice. Fold it in half with the black side out. Twist it in a figure 8 then fold it again. Then just stuff it under the seat instead of trying to stuff it back into the bag that comes with it. Makes transitions in and out of the car a lot faster.

This sun shade is made of heavy, good quality material and fits fantastically. It doesn't gap and let sun in anywhere. Unlike some previous shades I've used, it is not flimsy and has a dense weave and a thick reflective layer. I've been using it daily now for months and it shows no visible wear. I like the storage pouch much better than shades that only have an elastic cord to hold them together when not in use. It keeps the shade tidy and discreet whereas the elastic cords stretch and wear out over time making it impossible to keep folded. It is somewhat more expensive than other brands but well worth it over time.

This windshield Sun Screen was advertised as fitting a 2007 Toyota Camry. They were totally on the mark. It is a perfect fit, length and height with no gaps One side black, one side silver, great. Some people stated the Sun Screen is difficult to fold and get back in the case. Totally inaccurate as far as I’m concerned. I found it folds easily and quick. And it fits back into the case with room to spare. Absolutely worth the cost. To soon to address longevity.

Works great, good quality, fits perfectly. It took a lot of practice and patience learning how to fold it back up. I watched the video many times to get it right. It still doesn't fold up as flat as like when it was new, but it's close enough. I can get it back in the pouch holder for storage. I do recommend this for keeping the hot sun off the window. It has helped a lot.

Both the fit and the fabric are 4-star ... The fit: (–) Almost the correct size for our Prologue — just a bit too wide in the middle causing the center ribs to sag down and not be a tight, leak free fit on the windshield. Take the middle bit in an 1inch and it'd be a winner. (+) The "little flaps" in the corner do a great job in blocking out the surround light. With them the shade is almost 98% blacked out (save the center bit mentioned above). The Fabric: (+) silvered fabric on the outside reflects heat outward — because of the fit mentioned above, this will ironically trap heat against the windshield causing potential damage to the glass and finish, but will reflect most of the light. (–) The fabric is a bit thin. I could see this tearing in short order.
