Great cordless robot. Initially, we were skeptical that it wasn’t going to live up to the hype. We have a 20x40 pool with a 9ft deep end. It took the robot about a week to really learn the layout of the pool and begin cleaning efficiently. However, it seems each clean is better and more efficient as it’s continuing to learn the pool space and parameters. highly recommend!

Great vacuum - terrible app! I had to return it because I couldn't even create an account in the app. I reached out to Wybot customer service many times and they were not able to resolve my issue. Disappointed because it has all the features I was looking for.

I was worried when reading some reviews here saying that Wybot’s customer service is no good. I’ve actually had really good customer service thus far. I had an issue with my c2 vision and they responded to my message within a day and helped to fix it.

Runs longer than necessary with no way to abort/end the selected program. A time to run option would be great.

Unfortunately I have to go with 1 star on this one. The idea is awesome but execution is terrible. I purchased this unit and immediately had issues with it cleaning correctly. It wouldn't stay flat on the floor and would spin in circles. I returned it at the recommendation of tech support and got another identical one. This one worked once then would not work anymore at all. I will be returning this one as well and trying a different brand
