Delivery was very fast after ordering and was visually appealing. The flavour was as good as regular Vertuo. Some of the pods produced almost a full (large) mug, others produced only a small amount and needed two pods. They were very cost effective. Will buy again.

Poor packaging
The casuals came in a cheap clear plastic bag all jumbled up. Some casuals didn't have the name of the coffee on so you have to work it out by the colour. Wasted 3 capsules as they didn't connect to my machine until I cleaned them with a clean dry cloth/paper towel. Worked this out as I had the same problem with Tassimo pods. Sorry won't buy from this company again. They need to improve their packaging also have to ask where do they get these casuals?????
