My first kindle and I am loving it!!!
Trust me! The screen looks more beautiful and gentler than what you might see on the images I have uploaded. I'd like to highlight some the important features of my kindle paperwhite in terms of it's usage.0. Very light weight and has matt back which feels very soft on touch.1. Best for reading epubs and azw3. You can sideload epubs and pdf via amazon's 'Send to Kindle' desktop app.2. Mangas look very nice in it. If you download it via amazon, there won't be any issues. But there isn't an option to set the contrast which might feel a bit underwhelming (review based on fire force vol 1 sample downloaded from kindle store) But if you are going to sideload it (i mean download the manga form elsewhere, you know where!) , you'll need to first convert it to epub format with kindle comic converter desktop app. Keep experimenting.3. The browser is very very basic. You can only use it for reading text heavy websites.4. If u study a lot using pdfs and epubs, then this has an edge over tablets when it comes to battery life and reducing eye strain (there's none!).5. This is extremely travel friendly gadget! Although i suggest you to get a flip cover for screen protection against rough usage.6. PDFs won't be as good as viewing on a tablet but still it's manageable. This kindle is faster so zoom in/out and scrolling is smoother than the previous one.7. Keep an eye out for Kindle colorsoft and Kindle scribe if your budget is more! But paperwhite for now is seal deal for me!

I love my new Kindle. My personal library. Got it in good condition and packaging.Product is great. I purchased the amazon cover alongwith.My second kindle - much better and user-friendly.

Great product
Upgraded from kindle 1. The keyboard version. It's served me well. I miss the page switch buttons but can live with the swipe. The light is welcome. Transferring old files is cumbersome. It's just about as responsive as kindle 1. Does everything as advertised but I feel the backlight reduces battery life. I charge once a week and that is acceptable.

A truly amazing gadget
Amazing product. Love it absolutely. This is my second kindle and mind you the experience with this new one is phenomenal. Highly recommend to every one who wishes to go for a kindle e reader. It's irreplaceable indeed.

Fast and crispy reading experience
I am a long time Kindle user and I have owned the Basic, the Oasis and now the Paperwhite. The 12th generation Paperwhite is fast and responsive. It fits in my purse and makes it super easy to read on the go, while at work or while travelling. The battery life is also pretty good, compared to my Oasis.

It's Amazing, a good investment to break free from smartphone addiction !Kindle Unlimited subscription is good but does not have all books so you can download an epub online & send it via the kindle app from your mobile & it works like a charm.

2nd kindle in 7 Years
I bought kindle first kindle in 2017, which seize to work around late 2024, from then on, I was waiting to buy another, and which was not available on Amazon till recently.I mean time after waiting for long I though alternative like ipad mini but the pleasure of reading on Kindle is unmatched by any other device, so I thought to wait for some time more and at last kindle 12th Gen became available on amazon I bought it without 2nd thought.Thanks Kindle for hooking me to books in Past 7 years.

Problems buying ebooks
Very disappointed. I can't buy ebooks using the same bank card that I used to buy the Kindle. AND I can't buy ebooks directly from the Kindle. I am struggling to find a solution to this. I might have to return it simply because it is not usable . The item itself is very nice but the access to ebooks is very problematic.
