If I'm remembering correctly from my last purchase about 6 months ago, yes this is a white paste looking like lotion in the syringe. The apple flavored Ivermectin is definitely a clear/yellowish gel in the syringe.

Are there any ingredients in this besides ivermectin?

The package of Durvet Apple Flavor Ivermectin 1.87% I purchased reads: 'Anthelmintic & Boticide - Apple Flavored' There are no further listed ingredients info on the box and no additional pamphlet or writing on the inside. I'm assuming there's added ingredients due to the flavoring alone, but can't for certain say what they are. Hope this helps <3
