Except regular saline packets tend to irritate my sinuses. I'm so glad I ran across this stuff because it's absolutely wonderful. It doesn't leave a taste, my sinuses & nose are very comfortable afterwards, It's easy to use even though I didn't think it was going to dissolve because of the size of the crystals. They're more like granulated sugar as opposed to salt that you get with the saline solutions. But it dissolved instantly! I'm very happy and able to use this twice a day now without any problems. Definitely value for my money!
