Box is nice and comes wrapped in plastic. Each pouch contains 2 patches for a total of the claimed 100mg caffeine. So use both for full effect or 1 patch for half. They come on a peel-able plastic sheet so you can just use 1 at a time if you’d like. They have the feel of one of those flexible rubber bandaids. Medium thickness and adhere really well. To be honest i just pressed it on my upper shoulder and went on and it was stuck on there good. I didn’t spend more than a second pressing it down. When i peeled it off it took a few of the tiny hairs with it so the instructions for upper arm use are good. If you put it somewhere where there’s a lot of hair it would likely reduce effectiveness and then rip all the hair off. The patch left some redness when taking off but i think it’s from tearing off the patch so i won’t knock rating. No welting or weird reactions on me.Went to bed late last night and had to wake up early. I put 1 patch on each arm above the shirt line and i do actually feel like i drank a coffee. I didn’t have a whole lot of hope because this is the first time ive used something like this but it worked.Hard to determine value but i did find a competitor at about a little over half price but less claimed caffeine and hit or miss reviews. It feels like a product i would use in a pinch or occasionally when i don’t feel like drinking coffee or tea so with that in mind id probably sometimes use 2 and sometimes 1. So for the $24.50 price tag i’d feel comfortable paying that. It’s perhaps slightly on the premium end though. Either way, good to go to give it a shot.

These little patches are somethin’ I didn’t think I were going to work – but they actually do. They’re simple to peel off the sheet, go on cleanly, and don’t tug at skin or hair when removed, at least for me. It seems like some others did have that issue, but I did not. I wear them on my shoulder under a shirt, so they are totally easy to hide.Now, do they replace a large cup of coffee? Not quite for me... But for those days when I don’t want to drink anything or have an upset tummy and need to be awake, they’re a really good alternative. I’m not even a coffee lover (I know, blasphemy!), so having a patch that gives me a nice energy boost without actually ingesting anything (or needing to actually, you know, physically make coffee).You get a lot in the pack, and I’d recommend starting with one patch before using the full two—everyone responds differently caffeine, so it’s worth testing what works best.Great concept, decent impact, and really convenient. It does save me some time. It’s not the best for days you are falling asleep at your desk – I still recommend a big cuppa coffee for that. But this is great for saving time and for a boost of energy when ya need a light (one patch for me), or a medium (two patches) lift in the morning.

Caffeine Patch 100mgThere are fabulous for an afternoon pick-me up. The caffeine disperses quickly, and I'm not left feeling jittery. Since it's per packet, I like taking the individual 50mg patch for the midday boost. The adhesive is very strong, and I have sensitive skin so I did have a very mild rash from the adhesive, but nothing out of the ordinary for me. I also see these being great for car rides, as drinking coffee demands regular bathroom breaks, while these do not. I would recommend

Unfortunately these patches just didn't work on me. I was very sleepy today for some reason, so applied one patch to each arm in addition to a caffeinated beverage to see if I could get any benefits. Alas, I'm still just as sleepy as I was earlier and ended up needing a nap for my lunch break. I've used a patch for sleep that did nothing, so I'm guessing I'm just not able to derive any benefits from patch type products.The patches themselves have a strong adhesive, but not so strong that it pulls small hairs when removing. I also am sensitive to lots of adhesives used for bandaging and after wearing for about 4 hours, there is no allergic reaction.These didn't work for me, but may work for others!

I was interested in trying a non-ingestible form of caffeine. Typically I drink coffee for my caffeine, but sometimes I'll use energy drinks or even caffeinated mints. I knew other things could be delivered in patch form, but I did not realize caffeine was able to be used in patches, so I wanted to give this a try.One thing I liked is that I could actually cut the patches if I wanted a much lower dose. Note that this contains 15 pouches, with each pouch containing two 50mg patches of caffeine. Therefore a single pouch with two patches has about the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. However, it should be noted also that coffee can have a lot of variability in how much caffeine it actually contains and this is dependent on many factors like how the beans are roasted and what the extraction process is. If you need to control your caffeine intake more scientifically, the patches will meet that need.I am someone who is fairly sensitive to caffeine, like if I have any after about 2pm it will keep me up at night, so I appreciate having more control over my dosage.

I've had a while to use this and overall think the quality is quite nice for the price point. The caffeine really perks me up and lasts for hours. There certainly are other options out there that may be better, and also pricier, but given this met my expectations I would consider it a very nice value.
