Very nice machine and the ice is perfect. I waited 3 months to review because I wanted to make sure it worked well and lasted. We run 3 tubs of ice every other day so it has gotten a lot of use. It takes about an hour and a half to run three tubs. We dump it into the ice dispenser in our non working frig ice maker. Just a not, the ice is a little wet when we du,p it in so a few minutes after dumping we use an ice pick to break it up.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. She says it makes ice nuggets equivalent to restaurant quality. So far I'm very pleased.

Overall I’m happy with this as my wife was happy to get this. I’ve had it running a couple hours so this is my initial impression. Pros: compact, makes ice pretty quickly, I’ve got a gallon silicon bag filled in a couple hours. True nugget ice. Cons: it’s kinda loud, not crazy loud but I’ve got it running in the kitchen and can hear it while watching tv. Like medium/loud setting on an oven fan. It is not soft, chewable ice. Small hard cubes. Which is fine but my expectation was closer to Sonic ice, not close. I’ve had some in a glass for 15-20 min and it’s chewable but firm cubes. So know the description is not accurate. It works for us.

Works quite well. Slower to make ice when it's hot but very quick in cooler weather. Has been surprisingly durable. I run it all the time and no problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.

This is my first ice maker so i don’t have anything to compare it to. It’s relatively quiet and it’s easy to use. I was surprised at how quickly it made the ice!

Love the ice. Hate the fact I have to clear out the chute every 10 minutes for it to continue making ice. AND it began making a horrible squealing sound while making the ice. Of course this was after the return timeline had expired. They were good enough to go ahead and issue a refund though.

Solidly built. Cleaning cycle takes 30 minutes as described. Two regular 16 oz. water bottles fill the reservoir. Smaller cubes take less time to fill a 1 gallon Ziplock bag (about two hours). Chilled water help shorten time versus warm water (thanks captain obvious). Definitely have to transfer to freezer if not using directly because ice is always wet, even if you don't open the lid making ice for a full basket. Shuts off with basket full light. Has a drain plug, which I used when I was done. Left lid cracked to dry over time. Hopeful this lasts a long time. Very happy with this purchase.

This was a gift for my daughter’s family for Christmas. They love it and it works great!!
