Super comfortable - fit into nearly every shoe - Love show you can choose how many layers
Later in the review I'll provide some tips on avoiding any discomfort.but for starters, I wear a US size 10. These fit PERFECTLY inside all my US size 10 shoes from various brands. No adjusting/cutting needed. They're super comfortable and surprising easy to walk in. BUT they will take some getting used too, especially if you're using with boats that already have a heel.Barefoot Height: 5'9'6'' or 177cm (measured at night)Added insole Height: 5'11''9 or 182cm (measured at night)After about a couple days, I inserted these into my vans/Nikes mid-tops and despite needing to unlace them for a bit of extra room, I could run, jump, dance, etc- although I don't recommend doing sports activity with all three soles added as you could twist an ankle. But that's up to you.Tips:1. don't use them with heeled boots until very comfortable. I did that the first day and wobbled about, although I wasn't falling over or anything, it was simply awkward to walk.2. Loosen your lower laces. First day wearing them they dug into the mid-part of my foot. which leads...3. Double up on socks. I wear a thin pair underneath a thicker pair. Made it MUCH more comfortable.4. Know when to use all three, just two, and just one insole. The main insole is much better for boots. Now on to other methods of upping height. Elevator shoes:These IMO work best with the insoles. I bought a pair from a reputable brand (Calto) that provided 2.6 inches of discreet height. I asked some family members if it looked like I was waring elevator shoes (with the main insole in); they said no.Height with main insole and elevator shoes: 6'1 or 185cm (measured at night)The main insole fit VERY comfortable with the elevator shoes. I had a date night with a women who was 5'9. She was looking up at me. Had another date with a women who was 5'8. She was also looking up at me.I recommend this product. They're crafted well and easy to slip in and out of shoes. Great for dates/Job interviews. I will say, although the extra inches are nice, they won't change your life. But IMO, there's no shame in boosting your height in certain circumstances.Hope that helped.

As described and then some!
So i been using these for the past 3 or so (everyday and every where i go)and they are perfect with high top boots like timbs. They also go well with mid shoes like jordan 4s. Surprising enough you can wear then with almost any shoe you want though (low tops like airforces/low vans and yezzys/ prestos) as long as the shoe is compact it will keep your foot nice and snug within them. But there is a draw back.... with most of the shoes you wear them with you cant always use it to the most potential and have to opt out for just using the base without an attachment because it will cause your foot to make the tunge of the shoe go up and looks like your foot will burst from it. An example of this is with my jordan 4s i only wear the base and no attachment although it can fit the attachments comfortably the tunge will make it obvious that there is something off about it. This is a small problem that can be fixed by wearing baggy/boot cut pants, so you can wear it to the max potential. Also to avoid the tounge poking out maybe a bigger size shoe can help with that. All that said they are very comfratable and do what they are supposed to.PS: when i first got them it would make my calf muscles cramp up once in a while including my shin having a mild pain. But after a while it became natural and I can run and jump and play sports with them on.Here is a list of all the shoes i wear it with and how many attachments i can/wear with themairforce 1s (just the base), off white prestos ( just the base), jordan 4s (just the base but occasionally with one added layer), jordan 1 high (base +1 extra layer) yezzy 700 v3 ( just the base) yezzy 700 v1 (just the base) and timberland boots (base+one layer)

They work but it’s a trade off
I’m 5’8, i was so excited about these. I cant use them sadly, i wear a 9.5 size shoe / boot. The issue is, unless you buy your shoes a whole size big, the top of your foot is gonna be pushing hard on the area where the laces are because of the angle your foot has to be at due to the insert. Yeah, you can loosen the laces but the shoes are gonna still gonna look like your foot is trying to burst out of them in this area and you can’t tie them very well, or get the lip to not look like it’s bursting out of the shoe. But they do what they’re advertised for. They definitely make you taller. Would buy these, then take them with you when you go shoe shopping so you can make sure your shoes will still have enough room for your foot to go in and the shoe still look normal with your foot inside of it. BUY THEM THEN GET SHOES to wear with them.

Don't waste your money
These are not comfortable as sole inserts, and they don't appear to accomplish the intended purpose. I personally can't care less if a particular female is only into a guy for his height: her shallow loss; however, I bought this as a lurk to try and prank some dates. I wanted to test these things before I tried them on a date, so I stood even with my door and made a mark without the insoles to set my base figure. I then repeated with the insoles installed. Exact same result. If you are just trying to pschye yourself out for confidence, you do you, but this is a scam worse than the 1800s snake oil. At least that stuff turned out to be liqueur and gave you something for your money.
