Don't love it, but it dod work
Kudos to you who had the patience to do some art with it. Your creativity and intrepidity are admirable. My application was different. We make pretty expensive PCBs, and errors can cause an entire lot to be thrown out. This specific lot was worth over 15k, and needed corrections on 2oz copper solid planes.I had to struggle to finish the job, but it did manage to power through, as did I. The few major issues I faced were:1. Extensive levels of force required to press the button. It should have been a toggle. But you have to control your wrist, as well as apply a singular amount of force with your index finger to get any sort of cut, let alone a clean one.2. Loose battery compartment that kept popping off, specially when trying to switch to thumb on the button. This is why the motor enclosure is angled, but it means you have no option but to keep using your index, or tape over the two halves to keep it from disassembling itself.3. Puny motor, also very inefficient. It will eat through a pair of batteries in about an hour at full chat, and you can't use it longer than about 10-20 seconds at a time because it overheats and needs to be rested between runs. For perspective, I needed to go down about 100um, or 0.1mm of basically copper film on a glass fiber substrate. The total scribing length was about 12 inches across 12 PCBs, and this took me two days and two changes of batteries. The first set was an Amazon Basics AA, which lasted about 45 seconds, fresh out of the box. The second was a set of Duracell Ultras, which went for about 5 minutes. I say five minutes, but this was only 10-15 seconds at a time. I also needed the AC on, when I managed about half the work, and the other half in the cool of the morning. And this is copper, basically one of the softest metals known to man.I'd like to swing curses at it, but to be fair it did manage to complete the assignment, which is more than I expected. I was sure it would kill itself after the first two and I'd need more units, but that turned out to not be true. It does come with a second stylus, and that is not exactly the same - it is slightly finer and better suited for more delicate work.In sum, to use this properly you will need the strength of an orangutan and the poise of a sparrow. It is basically a motorised pen, Don't expect any sort of proper engraving work to succeed. The pictures in the listing are courtesy Adobe Photoshop. They do not resemble reality.

Guys this is a good engraver and i just love it
Guys this is a good engraver and i just love it ,.. !! If you look at the cost and what it does ... It totally worth it , i can't stop myself from engraving designs on metal surfaces !!! It does an average job on wood too, andglass is yet to be tested but overall its a good product , i had read in some reviews that they opened the pack and the button just fell off.. It happened to me too!! But dude seriously ? Its a silicon button which can just be fitted back into place !! The rest is all good , it has two nibs one is a fat tip and the other one is a spiked one for detailed precision !! Overall its buyable and i just love it !!

Worst products
Bad product waste of money. Buy only if you wanna waste your money in it. Better make a diy laser engraver. It'll performance flawlessly than this thing.

Poor product
Hi,I got this product with 2 large stickers stuck on it's instructions area at the back. So, much of instructions were lost. It doesn't tell anywhere what kind of battery it needs. I read the comments to find about the battery, the device doesn't seem like it will need regular AA batteries, coz they fit small. I've not tried the product yet but as most of the comments go, it seems it'll drain the battery if it ever becomes operational. Had to settle for this as I couldn't find a wired one. It better work for a few months at least.
