Melatonin 5mg, 60 Count

I find that if I take the melatonin around 9 or 10 PM I usually wake up about 2 or 4 AM. It never fails. I'm always going to wake up. I'm never going to sleep an entire night over 5 hours. It never gives me 8 hours.Depending on what I have to do the next morning, I will sometimes leave one out so when I wake up, I can pop one and get me another 4 to 5 hours!

I love this product. It helps you fall and stay asleep. Wake up refreshed and not tired

These work well for sleep. Not a fan of the plastic bottle though (which comes more than half empty too), but guess that keeps the price down (would pay more for a glass bottle, and yes we’ve tried others that come in those, but my husband finds these work well for him). 5mg is a good dosage.

The circular tablets have a perforation down the middle, which makes it easy to cut in half with a kitchen knife.Rather than buy 2 or 3 mg tablets, I buy the 5 mg for the same price and cut them in half.

While I don't notice it, I feel that it helps me go to sleep.at night.
