Oh my gosh, words cannot explain how absolutely COMFORTABLE this is and how much it has helped me! I suffer from severe herniated discs and tons of nerve pain and this has absolutely been so so helpful! I don’t have to crawl out of bed anymore! My back doesn’t hurt at all when I wake up. I have an ablation procedure for nerves in my lower back in 4 days and I will wear this even after I’m healed because it’s so comfortable! If you are on the fence, GET IT!!

Comfortable. Fits between knees and thighs very well. I'm surprised on how well the strap stays secured on my leg. The button holds the strap in place during an entire night's sleep most nights. It can get a bit warm during the night. I wish it offered some kind of cooling action.

I bought this for sciatic nerve pain followings recommendation from my doctor. I’m a side sleeper and this has helped a lot. The memory foam has that slow, spring-back feel (supportive without feeling like a brick) and the size is right so my knees and thighs are both supported. The wide strap is the hero here; I toss and turn and it still stays between my knees until morning. Cover zips off easily and washed fine. After a couple of weeks, I have much less morning leg/back pain. Exactly what I needed - I should have bought it sooner

The pillow itself is alright. It’s comfortable enough to sleep with between my knees and have my legs stacked upon one another. The shape of the pillow is just fine. However, the design is terrible!! What’s up with the stupid leg strap? I thought somebody had to know something that I didn’t; but, after trying this pillow I am convinced that they don’t know squat. That strap is completely unnecessary and ridiculous! It’s a major inconvenience and an annoyance! Furthermore, they need to have a better fabric slot for the zipper pull on the pillow cover. It sticks out of the one it has…if it even stays in it. That thing kept stabbing me in the leg like an angry wasp. I absolutely do not recommend this pillow and I’m returning mine.

Update: After using this pillow for 11 consecutive nights, I can report that my right hip pain has worsened and now my left hip is having pain. Also, my lower spine is painful. I’m a healthy 60 yo female with no previous problems except for a recent near fall that left my right hip strained. Make sure any pillow you use between your knees and thighs is the proper size for you. I am discontinuing use of this pillow since my pain has spread in the last few nights. There are many articles that promote using knee pillows and but only a few that explain how they can be detrimental to your alignment and exacerbate pain if not sized and designed properly. Your body is your best guide. Listen to it. The first two nights I used it, it worked great. The third night the button hole stretched out and the strap wouldn’t stay fastened. Otherwise this would be a great product if they would redesign the strap closure. It is the perfect size but without a functional strap closure it is useless.

I was desperate to try anything to relieve my hip pain. Pleasantly surprised it actually works very well. No more pain!

Eu já usei vários tipos de almofada de joelho, até almofada comum de sofá, mas dessa vez acertei na minha escolha. O tamanho é maior e o desenho é perfeito para acomodar o joelho e parte da perna numa posição bem confortável. Não sai do lugar durante a noite graças à alça ajustável, e não pressiona o joelho de forma incômoda. Enfim, uma escolha perfeita.
