Loved my first (silver) band so much, decided to get a black one.1.) Removing links and putting back on, sizing this, is perfectly easy. This is the first time I've done this with a metal watch band, and it was simple. Included tool did fine, fits great, everything about it is perfect. Love the closure on this, far easier to get on and off than a traditional belt style band. Secure, functional, perfect.2.) The second one I got was OBVIOUSLY purchased then returned to Amazon by some idiot. Who left the links off, and did not include all of the pins that comes with it (missing spring pin to attach to the watch). I contacted the manufacturer via the email on the card included, and they responded the same day. I was just looking for a pin, or a coupon or something for a repair kit, and they offered to send me a completely new band. I declined, because this was CLEARLY not their fault; and I don't want them to have to pay for someone else's mistake. They replied again, insisting to help.This was all a wonderful interaction with the company, I cannot recommend them enough. The product is super top notch, which is the real reason to get this (and get this, I will continue as the collection grows), but I have to say, the customer service and attention received was absolutely superb. Thanks, fullmosa, for being great at what you do from start to finish.Not a paid review, I'm a normal schmuck who just really appreciates when people treat people like people.

I thought this watch band would not hold up to my demanding career but I was totally wrong. The band is very durable and the comfort is nice. You can adjust the band to find different size wrists and it is easily done. The band is quality made and a good bang for your buck.

The good: It's a very substantial, nice-looking replacement watch band. The little nibs on the pins that attach the band to your watch make it a snap to install, or to remove and use the band on a different watch if you wish. The little tool that comes with it is handy for use when removing links for re-sizing. It also comes with spare pins both for attaching it to your watch as well as connecting links on the band.The bad: The included tool, while helpful in removing links, is nearly useless for re-inserting the tiny pins that hold the links together, so putting it back together after removing links can be a major pain. Those pins are like teensy little cotter pins and are made of pretty soft metal so you're likely to bend them out of shape while getting them back in place. (I found large channel-lock pliers to be helpful in squeezing them into place.)Still in all this is a solid buy, especially at the relatively low price. I have no regrets in my purchase.

At this price point, this is a fantastic product. It looks great. The package came with all the tools required for making the change and removing links. I initially mistakenly ordered the wrong size. The return and reorder were super easy. It’s a great company. All that said, if I were to do it again, I would probably be willing to pay double this price for something more substantial in terms of weight and heft.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this stainless steel watchband because I wanted to see how it feels. Doesn't pull hair and feels snug. I had to remove 3, and with the tool provided the process was pretty simple.

This bracelet looks and feels great, and the included link removal tool makes resizing simple. The quick release pin makes changing the band so much easier. The only downside is the lack of micro-adjustment options—fit can only be changed by adding or removing links.

Link removal tool was DOA! It took pliers to get it to turn, and then the turning knob screwed off.UPDATED Review:The watchband is perfect and just what I needed to replace my old band.I had a problem with the link removal tool which is necessary to properly size the watchband. It would be good if the seller either provided better quality control over the link removal tool insuring it actually works or provide a better quality tool that is less likely to have a problem. I already purchased an excellent link removal tool that let me properly size their watchband. And I'm now pleased with the watchband sized correctly for my wrist. I would purchase this one again if I needed another watchband. I also recommend this particular watchband as replacement knowing you can count on the seller to promptly offer assistance if it is needed.If it wasn't for the poor quality link removal tool, I would give this watchband 5 stars.
