Great Stretch for full range of motion
Excellent band. I've had it for over a year. It has very good stretch which helps to have a full range of motion when doing exercises. Some bands have limited stretch which restrict you from completing a full range of motion.

Awesome exercise tool, in which I work out at the park today and got the same results with my arms and shoulders without weights.

Strong resistance
It has a very good thickness and resistance. It is a little too big but still very good. I have had it for multiple years and it is just now starting to crack.

Good resistance band for warmup purpose
I use this resistance band for shoulder warmup. It is affordable and made of high quality rubber band. I have no allergy to it and it has no odor. The black one looks great. It is light-weight and easy to put into my bag. It increases workout effectiveness by reducing injuries.
