EDITED REVIEW - DROPPED FROM 4 STARS TO 1 STAR BECAUSE I ALMOST GOT KILLED DUE TO SHODDY BRAKE CABLE INSTALLATION!When you get this bike, they don't say anything about the rear brake. It's installed and ready to go...except that whoever installed my rear brake cable put too much cable on, and the excess was rubbing up against my wheel, which quickly wore a hole in it. I was going 28 mph when I applied the rear brake (which is my initial go to with normal braking)...and nothing. There was just a handful of feet to go before plowing into the rear of a car stopped at the light.I put emergency pressure on the front tire brake and stopped within scant inches from the car, but it almost launched me over the top of the handle bars.CONTACTED SELLER. BIKE UNDER WARRANTY. Depending on their response, I may increase my star rating back to the original, but I'm telling ya, that was WAY TO CLOSE to being in a disaster for my rarely used adrenaline gland.Here is my initial review...The TST R002 arrived on time in a pristine box. Nothing was missing or broken. Assembled in 3 hours. The difficult parts to put on are the front fender and seat. Had to persevere and be patient, but it all came together in the end.The battery came half charged. Topped off in 2 hours. Installs and is removed easily.Started using the bike on September 7, 2025...everyday use, before dawn. Headlight is adequate. Distance traveled before recharging battery is adequate. Bike carries a load! The rider is 225 pounds. Slows down up a gentle incline, but that's expected because of my weight.Pros: Well designed, solid bike. No rattles or any other issues, really. It's been predictable and reliable.Cons: Short rear rack. Charger gets a little hot when charging, but it's not extreme and seems to be designed to handle the heat.Will you like this bike? Chances are good that you will.Four stars only because of the short carry rack and the difficulty putting on the seat and front fender.There's a YouTube video of a man putting an R002 together, which I watched and found very helpful.

The e-bike is amazing. I get a lot of compliments. The app was effortless to download and unlock class 3. It is fun to get it up to 25 mph with full throttle. I gave my daughter my car to use for college, so i use this ebike to commute to work everyday. Forget about registration, insurance, and fuel with this ebike. Heavy rain is not an issue, comfort is not an issue. The price is fantastic when compared to other ebikes. What is unexpected, the company went out of there way to contact me. They wanted to know if i was satisfied with the purchase. I explained the box had some signs of damage upon arrival. The bike had a slight dent on frame. Also the front rotor was warped. I mentioned that I took it to a bike shop to fix rotor and perform safety check. The company is going to reimburse me for the repair.
