Unscented and work well.
I had searched and searched and kept winding up with lightly scented or scented panty liners for light bladder leaks and when I found these I was pleasantly surprised. They are a little thicker than the regular panty liners and that is what I needed after being put on a medication for urine retention. Needless to say this medication makes it hard to control the gush of urine. I wish that P&G would make all of their female products unscented. The scented pads cause irritation and possibly infections as with me. Anyway if you need unscented for a moderate leak problem, this is it.

Super absorbent
Loved these ! Discreet but still catches A LOT. I honestly might start using these well after post partum simply because they’re easy to place and feel nice and soft

Not worth it for postpartum.
They are too short if you are size 14-16. I will have to use them for when myp period returns.

Would not recommend
I have always really liked the always brand for feminine products, so when I saw they had postpartum pads I thought they’d be great, but was so wrong. These are actually the worst. They are so narrow and short, I couldn’t wear them postpartum without leaking out onto whatever pants I was wearing. Also, they’re not even that sticky, so they’d fold up and not stay put in the hospital underwear. I wouldn’t even be able to wear these on a light period day much less, sleep with one on. They’re more like a thick panty liner. Would not recommend for postpartum, or at all really.
