I always have to think to my self....
whenever buying books that come from the IET. Why are they so expensive. The amount of people that have to buy the BS7671, On Site Guide or any of the books covering electrical installations or building regulations should mean that they should be a lot cheaper. Amazon is one of the cheapest suppliers of such books.Buying these books should give you a years free membership of the IET but must be an expensive place to run.Moan over with. Book came fine. Has all the pages in it and a cover. The green colour is disgusting and hard to look at. How did the printers cope. Pages will crease if folded and book will get ruined if over used. The information inside should be helpful if read and not just briefly scanned over in a hot room during a multi hundred pound training session on the lead up to taking the exam that this book is used for.It will hardly hurt people that you hit with it who ask you 'why do Electricians charge so much?'The wiring regs are better for that sort of thing.

Perfect for my exams
Had an electrician exam coming up and despite them saying they would supply the book for the exam I decided to buy this to get some early revision in. Sailed through the exam so it did exactly what it needed to do. It's not exactly cheap but it is essential if you need it so can't complain.
