I cannot begin to explain how disappointed I am with this scooter. I’ve had it about 3 months and it completely stopped working. I contacted the company for support and after weeks of discussion they said they would send a throttle to replace. Needless to say I never received it so I am stuck with a scooter that does not scoot for lack of a better word. Please beware of this product as they will take your money with no reward. Yes they say they supply parts but I have not received any. Furthermore this is the world we live in where no one cares about your hard earned dollar. Buyers beware. I know nothing comes from this but I hope it helps someone else decide to do more research when it comes to purchasing a scooter. I can ramble on but why? I have been deceived and hope it does not happen to you.

My husband wanted something to ride with my son around the camp grounds. My husband loves riding this around. He has taught my youngest son to ride it to. It is a great product looking to possibly get another one.

Works great! Super easy setup, only have to screw in 2 screws basically and ready to drive out of the box. Has a kickstand, electronic brake, bright headlight and taillight that flashes when braking. Has 3 speed modes with a top speed of 19mph and is able to make it up inclines easily. Battery lasts a long time but should be fully charged because the first time or two riding the battery seemed to drain quicker but now it goes a long time! Very quiet and comfortable for anyone. My son is 12 - 13 and he loves it. I tried it as well and no issues moving 180lbs.

For the price it's hard to beat this scooter. I bought the 350w one and I'm glad I did. I live about 4.5 miles from my job, I go all out in sport mode and I'm able to get there fine. It's not all flat surfaces either. Inclines, a lot of starting and stopping sometimes. I'm about 220 lbs and I carry a backpack with a lot of stuff in it so I'm definitely a heavy load. I absolutely have to charge it while I'm at work in order to get home though. But it's fine with my situation and my job doesn't care if I do. If I go eco mode and use my legs and kick up to speed I can go about 10 miles max before it dies. It's a slow ride in eco mode. If you need to go farther or don't have access to charge it for a couple hours for return trips. I would recommend getting a more powerful scooter. 750-1000w if you need to go 15-20 miles without a charge. For what it is though, it's a great little scooter that is nice for short trips and is pretty fun to ride.

needed a another electric scooter for my kids. This one worked great. I does not have air in the tires like my other one and is a little bumpy but thats the only negative. You can change the speed on how fast it goes as well which is cool if you don't want your kids going the fastest. The fastest is 20mph. Their is an app that can connect to it if you need that for some reason. we don't really need the app because the touch screen does the same thing on the actual scooter. I also like how it shows the battery %. Our other scooter does not have this feature. Great purchase

I've been using it for about a week so far and the speed is decent, the app is quite neat im a particular fan of the lock feature, the battery is not very good it only lasts roughly 6 ish miles on sport mode, the torque is rather low so It struggles a bit on inclines, the tires are airless which is good for durability but also means that small bumps feel rough but Bunny hopping typically solves this. Be carefull hitting the bottom because the baseplate is plastic instead of metal. Overall a rather good product for the price.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My son has went through 3 of these in less than a year because they keep breaking down. They do send me new ones when this happen but it’s ridiculous that it happens every few months to begin with. The 3rd one has broken down showing error code E7 and they’re wanting to send me parts for me to have to work on it, refusing a refund. I do not know how to nor do I have the time to work on this. I would spend the extra money and go with a better brand.
