I detest using collagen powder so I thought I'd try the capsules. I chose these since they have the lowest amount of biotin and I try to stay away from that mineral. So far, I really haven't seen a difference one way or another, so maybe it takes awhile.

I've been taking these for 6 weeks. On the fourth week of taking these I had some major gut/stomach issue's that lasted 8 day's, I'm not sure if it's because of taking these pills. I also take probiotics I can't find anywhere if it's okay to take both of these together. I have not noticed any difference since taking these yet.
