I listened to a podcast that featured Gan Sasaki and he discussed the benefits of Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. (It honestly sounded too good to be true) I did some digging and found that he was with AST enzymes. I also found some white papers and clinical trials that backed his statements on the podcast. I went ahead and ordered a bottle of Serracor-NK and am thoroughly impressed with the results.I've been suffering from this crazy knot in my right shoulder blade for years. Physical therapy helped a little but insurance declined my practitioners request for more visits. I've been using my TENS/EMS device, redlight/NIR therapy panel, PEMF w/Heat, Massages, guasha, cupping and acupuncture to try alleviate the pain. The knot would get so bad that my right shoulder would droop at times.I didn't expect pain relief from the enzymes, I started taking them to try lower my blood pressure and cholesterol. After a week of taking Serracor-NK, my co-worker asked if I forgot my massage gun at home because he noticed I wasn't using it (I'd use it multiple times a day)(I have one at work and one at home) and I told him my shoulder wasn't bothering me, it then dawned on me that the only new thing I introduced was the enzymes. Either this stuff really works or this is the craziest coincidence or placebo effect EVER!The dosage I've been taking 2 first thing in the morning and 2 before bed.

I started out taking a different systemic enzyme (Arthur Andrew Medical 1 bottle) last November because I wanted to keep my arteries from being clogged up. I switched because Serracor NK is a better price. When I began taking systemic enzymes I had a ganglion cyst on my finger near my nail which I was told needed surgery because it kept opening and was damaging my nail. I put it off because of the cost. Now there is no sign of the cyst and it hasn't caused me pain in months. It will take longer to see if my nail returns to normal growth. I had read that systemic enzymes could get rid of a ganglion cyst but I didn't believe it. In my case it seems to have worked. Be sure to take the amount required. I started out with 3 caps 3 times a day, worked up 4, three times a day, then 5, three times a day. Now I take 6 twice a day. You may need to take it slower since some people are more sensitive. Maybe I take more than needed but after seeing my husband and mother go through so much because of clogged arteries I feel if it keeps me from having that problem it's worth it and I haven't encountered any physical negatives from that amount.

I have been taking this for about 3 days now. Within 30-40 minutes of taking the first capsule, I noticed less pain breathing. The pain is probably not part of the effect but more of easing due to getting junk out of my lungs. I am getting more up each day. On the 2nd day in the evening, I noticed my blood pressure is the lowest I have seen in years. Yes I take bp pills but I take them in the morning and usually by the evening my bp is around 150/85. Yesterday around 10pm it was 124/62 about 2 hours after the third dose of the day. I have only been taking one capsule 3 times a day. It says I can take 1-2 three times a day. I am just being cautious but may increase the dose in the second week. This morning it was 150/73 when I got up (before my bp pill). I will come back in a few weeks with an update and adjust the rating if needed. I do want to see what this can do long term. My dad and my brother has both had stints put in and everyone in my family had high bp so I need for this to work for me. I want to get off all of my medicines. This could be what does it for me.

I know that reviews of supplements are very subjective given that what works for one person may not work for someone else. That said, this supplement has been pretty incredible for me personally, in terms of lowering blood pressure and completely eliminating some chest pain that I had every so often. I noticed some minor clearing from the lungs too, as others mentioned in their comments, but I guess I didn't have any major problems there to begin with so it wasn't a huge improvement. It worked brilliantly well for what I wanted it for-- overall heart health.I also wanted to note, it's sad to see the comments from another review about Quackcenter, the seller that I purchased this from twice now. I do understand the comments about the name and wonder if it is maybe a cultural thing of them not understanding the negative connotation? But regardless of the name, both orders were handled well, I received both orders promptly, and they were helpful via email with a question I had too. Very good customer service, so I'd definitely recommend them.
