The Betacol is perfect for my bowels in keeping me regular. I have chronic constipation, so I take one to two tablets depending upon my needs every night before bed.

I was told to take this for Nonfatty Liver. My liver counts were up. After a month of taking them the level went lower than when they started testing me a couple years ago. I take it every day and it works.
