V 16L All-around backpack

This backpack is replacing an older, much-loved backpack (a different brand) that I finally had to retire because the zipper gave out. I agonized over so many different packs and finally settled on this one because the dimensions were similar to the old one; smaller than other backpacks I looked at. So far I'm VERY happy with it! The zippers are amazingly smooth and robust - I suspect they will not give out nearly as quickly as my old one. I also like the front interior pocket which has spaces to store everything from pens to credit cards to books. This pocket runs all the way to the bottom of the pack which makes it feel very spacious. And the security latch for the zippers is easy to operate, although I don't usually need that much security in my little town. The larger pocket is easily large enough for a pack of manila folders or for a couple of books and it has a handy padded space for a tablet. It would also fit a thin packing cube if you wanted to use that space for leggings and t-shirt to go to the gym or for an extra jacket. I like the "hidden" back pocket that sits against my back. Right now I keep my ring of keys there and I don't feel them at all because of the thick padding. In fact, this padding is a little stiff and allows the backpack to stand up on end (usually) and not fall over. The top handle is so sturdy and smooth and the straps are very comfortable and make the pack sit tightly against my back. I'm looking forward to traveling with this backpack and putting all the security features to the test. All in all, I love this backpack!!!

Perfectly-sized daybag for travel. Has a place for everything and easily holds laptop or tablet. Met maximum size restrictions for every site we visited in Europe. Comfortable and easy access to contents. My husband saw mine and ordered one, too. For extra security, we tethered them together on train rides.

Exceptional Travel backpack with highest security features built in. I can’t be happier traveling. With this backpack knowing that it’s pretty much completely pickpocket-proof as long as I I put a padlock on top of its security lock mechanism. great product and recommended.

I purchased this for an international trip and the size is definitely as described but the capacity isn't what I needed. I was hoping to be able to pack an extra set of clothes, a couple activities and snacks for my toddler on the airplane. It was definitely snug with not much room for anything else. It otherwise is great quality and light weight. I still use for days at the amusement park etc, but do not require the safety functions as much as anticipated. I definitely don't have to worry about my items being taken when I do use it though.

Perfect small to medium sized day pack for traveling, whither in a high pickpocket area or more general use. Locking mechanism is a but fussy, but you get used to it.

I HATE this thing! Bought for a trip to Hawaii. I like the locking features but otherwise I’m extremely frustrated with this bag. The zippers don’t pull all the way down, so opening to find anything is a struggle. It doesn’t have enough pockets inside. Small items, like Airpods, get lost easily as not a lot of pockets. The “hidden” pocket on the back is nice but if anything bulky goes in there it pushes on your back. I need the zippers to extend all the way down so I can open the bag widely and need a lot more pockets, especially for small items. This was expensive and I regret buying it.

Well organized, high quality backpack. Love the well-designed safety features. The only problem is that my iPhone 12 Pro XL, in case, does not fit the phone pocket. Surprisingly it does fit in my wife's smaller, 8l, Citysafe CX backpack.

Exactly what I wanted size-wise. I like how all the straps are highly adjustable and the many pockets (my 600ml water bottle fits nicely in the outside pocket).
