Keeping warm
Does heat the room up . No noise level and easy to move about . Not to sure on the energy cost just yet . But I think theses convectors cost more money to run .

It worked to heat my room.
Worked well for me. I had issue with my heating radiator in my room, the landlord took time to fix that up, and the weather was so cold, so i decided to order an electric one. This worked perfectly for my need, keeps my room warmer and it has buttons to run it at 2000w or 750w which allows me to manage the heat as well as the electricity consumption.
