Very pleased with this; good faux leather two-part zip-up case contains all tools, and packed with two training locks each in their own hard plastic cases. Quality of tools is good, and there is a small leaflet with a very basic guide to picking locks. Was able to pick both training locks within 30 mins, and have since tried 3 other locks; old cycle chain lock, and two desk drawer locks. Still can't get the cycle lock open, but both desk locks were defeated within 15 mins. Recommended for the experimenter. Does not contain every single tool you may need if you were a jobbing locksmith (no ball-end tools, for example) but then I don't think any kit can; a pro-locksmith will no doubt assemble a set of tools over a lifetime, much like a garage mechanic will over the course of their career.

Very nice kit! Picks are comfortable to use and do not bend easily, the pics are not to thick and have no trouble navigating cylinders. However the case it pretty poor quality and the clear locks are a joke and not any use beyond seeing how a lock works. I would recommend the kit for the money it has all the pics and wrenches you would ever need!

It's great value for money. Easy to use and learn what to do. I do feel it's a fairly simple lock and easy to learn. If your interested in picking a lock you will find it fun to mess about with.

Saw this on sale in local market and missed buying it so bought on line afterwards. As described fairly cheap quality but not an expensive item. probably easier to hacksaw though lock than try to pick it

I have ordered a 33 piece lock-pick set and have only received the pick set and not the two transparent locks that it is supposed to come with. I was looking forward to using the set and the quality of the product so far is very good. As the quality of the picks and bag seems very good value for money. I'm am going to leave a 1-star review until I have heard back then I will update it to 5 stars if I hear back and receive the rest of the order. (UPDATE) - seller quickly apologised and sent me out an entirely new set! Can't fault the seller at all....rest assured if there is a problem with your order it'll quickly be resolved.

Great set for beginners and looks really cool - Pieces are very easy to use and there is a lot of them - Products are very strong and will not break or bend would highly recommend not just for beginners

Just one professional pick will cost more than this whole set. A good selection of picks & rakes. They are cheaply made, just passivated mild steel, not sprung or stainless. They will easily bend if mistreated, but the art of lock picking is tickling the lock, not brute force. The picks are comparatively thick, so will struggle to fit many locks, euro cylinders for example. The handles still have the flash moulding lines on them, which can soon make ones hands sore. I scraped the flash lines off using a sharp edge. The two practice locks can be opened in a about ten seconds. They are good to help visualise what happens inside a lock and how they work. It will take a lot of practice & frustration when moving onto standard locks. In summary, if you wish to try out the hobby of lock picking for a modest investment, this product is fine. You will need patience and dedication to progress. There is a good youtube video reviewing and explaining a very similar kit. tHe picks & case are almost identical. Differences are, no Goso branding, picks are not stamped with a number, the video shows pick number 8 which is not incuded with this set. For the price, this kit has good build quality, and a very nice tool selection. All presented in quite a nice carry case. I was not too bothered about the practise locks, but they each come in a very nice carry case of their own. The whole set comes well packaged, and the tools themselves are the new version made of steel, not brass. If you are locked out of your desk drawer, filing cabinet, or shed, this kit will get you in no problem.
