Nice taste and filling
Good tasting protein bars. They look small but are quite filling. Ideal to eat when you’re out and about and can carry in your pocket. They taste nice and sweet and don’t leave a nasty aftertaste in your mouth.They arrived with an expiration date, that has to be used within 6 months. Which is fine with me, as they will be eaten up by then. Would definitely buy again.

Very sweet but great!
Great tasting bar. It has enough vanilla to be noticeable but not overpowering. The bars are very sweet (fine by me) and are large enough to cut into 4 portions so I can have one with my afternoon cup of tea! Perfect.

Too many sprinkles
Weirdly, tastes like chocolate liqueur, but white chocolate.Honestly, if this is what you think Birthday Cake tastes like, you need to see a doctor.Ridiculous quantity sprinkles.But it's a functional biscuit. I'll be buying other flavours in future though.

Great value
Great tasting protein bars for mid afternoon snacking or after exercise. The bars are tasty and give a huge boost of protein so you aren’t hungry after eating them. Fantastic value compared to buying individually in shops

Bit disappointed with birthday cake flavour
I’ve tried other Grenade protein bars and loved them .. Birthday cake flavour isn’t so good.. the crunchy bobbly bits are annoying and it’s way too chewy for me. Tastes ok… texture is just wrong.

Birthday Cake protein bar, great for emergency energy & tasty
We normally have Caramel Chaos protein bars, which aresimply lush! We fancied a change so indulged in the birthday cake flavour. They do not disappoint. If you like super sweet then these are for you, especially if you have cut out cakes & biccies. I tried this flavour this morning, its a different texture to the caramel chaos & is very dense, slightly chewy, for me half a bar would be enough due to sweetness which to be honest is not a bad thing. So, for anyone with a sweet tooth and looking to be in calorie deficit you could cut this in half. This is my plan anyway.Going back to caramel chaos, this is a whole bar experience 😋.I haven't tried any other flavours yet, so watch this space 😉.
