Good product
Easy to install, water tastes good, no issues at all. I did have to put more air in the tank prior to install as the pressure was only 4 psi. The install video is very good. Once installed, I have had zero issues. The water source is water softener which already removes hardness and chlorine so I am assuming that filters will last lot longer.

Great, reliable water filtration RO system with great support
We purchased our 5-stage RO system back in 2016, and ran it without any issues until the end of 2023, when the system developed a significant leak, about 15 drops per minute if I recall correctly. The system was installed in our basement, so the water line was going to the refrigerator and the drinking water faucet, just above it. I preferred that setup, rather than installing it under the sink for several reasons. One, it would not use the under the sink space, and two, ease of access to replace filters etc. Consequently, the leak that was there, did not ruin anything in the basement because where it was installed, but, had it been under the sink, water damage would have occured to a degree. That being said, iSping provides a water detection alarm that should be strategically placed and checked regularly to notify the user in case of a leak. I glued a neodymium magnet to our sensing element and placed it on a ferrous surface so it doesn't move accidentally. Going back to the leak that developed. Upon reaching out to iSpring and describing the issue, Francis replied within a day with a diagnosis that the filter housing failed due to water pressure+age of the system. He recommended purchasing just the head assembly, which I learned was the filter housing with everything, except for the filters. New filters do not come with that purchase, but I was OK with that option, since I already purchase 3 years worth of replacement filters. The other reason why I would have replaced that entire head assembly or even purchased a new system was for the same reason you replace other things that come in pairs or more, namely, there is a chance another aging part could fail soon, or will perform sub-par. Upon delivery and installation, I noticed a leak in that system. Francis offered to send a replacment elbow connector, but that did not fix the issue. Francis concluded the head unit that was sent had to have some fault, so once again he helped by sending out a brand new head unit for me to install. I think all parts were shipped with FedEx, I just asked Francis to give me tracking info each time, so I can check the delivery date. Once that arrived and once it was installed, no leaks were present. The system was working as it was supposed to work and the TDS levels were good as expected, <20ppm. I was happy that iSping had such a customer caring service which did not give up until the customer's issue was resolved. My only experience with the customer service was with Francis, but his support was excellent. I have recommended iSpring RO systems to friends in the past based on the system performance. Now, I can say the customer service is also at a high standard. As a side note. While I was replacing the system, I also upgraded from the standard 3.5 gallon tank, to a 5.5 gallon tank. That was a good upgrade for our family, more ready-to-go water that is available at the given time. To sum it up, five stars for system performance, five stars for the customer service. I think the price is for everyone else to determine, whether this is good or bad, but from my point of view, iSpring systems are well priced and I would buy another system from them if I needed to. I didn't realize until I browsed their website, but they have many solutions for water treatments like whole house filtering etc. Anyway, for what it's worth, I felt my experience was worth sharing here for others to see after so many years of using the system.

Fantastic System After 10 Years of Use
I purchased the iSpring RCC7 reverse osmosis system back in 2015, and after 10 years of daily use, I can confidently say this has been one of the best and most reliable home products I’ve ever owned. Installation was surprisingly simple—I had never done any plumbing work before, yet I was able to install it myself without hiring anyone. From day one, the water quality has been outstanding. I regularly test the water with a TDS meter, and it consistently shows lower particulates than any bottled water I’ve tested, giving me real peace of mind that my family is drinking clean, safe water. Maintenance has been minimal and straightforward. Other than replacing the filters on the normal schedule, the only other thing I’ve ever needed to do was recharge the pressure in the storage tank once over the entire decade. That’s it. The system itself has been rock-solid. The only part I’ve had to replace is the faucet when the seals eventually wore out, which is expected after so many years. What truly sets iSpring apart is the quality of their customer support. John from the support team has been exceptional—responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to taking care of customers. Even 10 years after my purchase, he replaced my faucet quickly and with no questions asked. That level of service is rare and shows how strongly iSpring stands behind their products. After a decade of ownership, I would buy this system again without hesitation. Excellent performance, easy maintenance, and truly outstanding customer support. Highly recommended.

Great filter, fairly easy install, and superb customer service
This water filter system is easy to install and gives really clean water. On top of that, customer service is superb. For the installation, you will need a few tools, especially if you have to drill a hole to put the drinking faucet on your sink. If you have a fourth hole on your sink for a sink sprayer, you can do what I did and replace your faucet with one that has an integrated sprayer and use the fourth hole for the drinking faucet. Other than that, most of the installation is quite smooth. The directions are very detailed, so please follow them. If you're not much of a DIY person, you can probably get this installed if you follow the directions to the letter - they're that detailed. It might take you a few hours, but it is doable. If you're really good at DIY stuff, you really should still follow the directions, but you can probably do it pretty fast. I do recommend installing the leak sensor and, if you have another flood sensor, perhaps from a security system, it wouldn't go amiss. I have had absolutely no leak issues, but it gives me peace of mind. The filters and pressure tank occupy a substantial amount of space under the sink, as the picture shows. If you want a filter that does what you need, there's no real way around this because other smaller filters lack the capacity to make the water this pure. For water quality, I live in a place where the water is pretty hard. Water comes out of this faucet really pure, with none of that hard mineral taste. Lastly, if something goes wrong during your install process, iSpring's customer service is impeccable. I accidentally snapped a tank valve (please don't overtighten it!), so I contacted them. John kindly sent another complimentary part as well as a few other small parts that could have been necessary and he was really nice about it. You're buying a good product and you're getting the service you need.

Well built system that does its job but here's how to improve on it
First, this came quickly, extremely well packaged (couldn't break something if you wanted to) and mostly quality components. The only "iffy" part is the plastic supply valve as I've not had good luck attaching plastic to a metal supply. Instead of contacting Ispring like I should have, assumed they didn't make a metal version and ordered one from one of their competitors. After I told Ispring I had done this, they let me know they could have provided the same valve and would still do so under warranty. It's entirely not their fault and the plastic valve probably would have worked just fine but I obsess about plumbing leaks. Our water in Tucson, AZ is HARD - 400+ PPM. If you try and use it in something like a coffee maker, it will destroy it in a matter of months. I had been carting water from the local vending machine but we just redid our kitchen so it was time for an RO system. It has brought the TDS down to a consistent 13-14 PPM and the flavor of the water is fine (much better than chlorine and a ton of minerals ever tasted). The faucet provided is nice, matches our new stainless steel commercial kitchen faucet. It do wish there was a different connection to this metal faucet rather than the John Guest quick connect fitting but it's not leaking and the plumber who helped install this said it's the same fitting on his at home and every one he ever installs so probably worried over nothing. Okay, so how to improve. All RO systems need the "main" filters replaced every 6-12 months and when changing them, you must flush the system for 4-5 minutes before allowing any water to flow through the RO membrane filter. As the system comes, it requires disconnecting the supply to the membrane filter and flushing through it into a bucket until the water runs clear. There are two problems with this method of flushing. First, it's always been recommended to me that when you remove a line from these quick connect fittings, that you trim it back past where the little metal teeth gripped it. Supposedly not doing so it one of the biggest causes of minor leaks. Well, you would only change filters so many times before the line to the membrane filter was too short to reconnect and you're adding more tubing. The second problem is that frankly, it's a pain in the neck to unhook that line and then sit there with a bucket trying to determine if the water has cleared yet. Both of these problems would be easily solved by a Y valve where the supply line fed into the single side of the Y and then you had two valves on the V portion. Your could then turn off the supply to the membrane, turn on the supply to a flush line that is now long enough to reach the kitchen sink. No disconnecting and reconnecting lines in an awkward position under the sink. Unfortunately, no one makes such a Y fitting so I had to get much more complicated and fabricate my own system. I used a 1 into 2 splitter, attached a cutoff valve to each side coming off the splitter, added more tubing to one side and can now control where the water goes. The problem with this is that if creates too many more potential leak points . If you look at the picture, you'll see the configuration I had to come up with. The red line coming from the back of the filters used to feed the membrane filter and was the one you disconnect during install and then during any filter changes. Now it feeds the splitter, the splitter feeds the valves and the valves feed either the flush hose or the membrane hose. I shared this with Ispring and they said they would have their product development people look at it. Problem is, no one makes that valve and so creating it from scratch may be bit expensive and you'd need some patent permissions to do so (I'm assuming on that part). One last idea. Our kitchen configuration, unfortunately, has some dead space where cabinets make an angle. It's unusable space, not accessible in any way. So, I cut out a square in the side of the cabinet and installed the tank in that dead space. I can easily get to it but don't have it taking up space directly under the sink (see photo). So, solid product from what appears to be a very solid company. If you think you need something they didn't provide, don't hesitate to ask - they are very accommodating!

Great company and products!
We had a very old electric RO system from iSpring that finally gave out. I wanted something that would last just as long and decided to go with the non-corded model. I’ve had it installed for a few weeks and am very pleased with it. Easy to setup and works with with our family (2 adults, 2 kids). Also worked with Iris in customer support for registration and she was very responsive and helpful! Very good company and product. Highly recommend!

Great RO filter, small caveats, faucet started leaking
The RO system itself is great. Works well (< 5 ppm TDS), straightforward setup. I did manage to break the plastic "wrench" that locks/opens the canisters. PSA: do not over-tighten the canisters. I wish the wrench were a bit sturdier, still. The faucet looks nice, but at ~2 years it started leaking from the top (where the handle is)

Much better product and works great!!!
After purchasing and installing a different brand that leaked, I am happy this iSpring product works. The instructions are great. The design is better quality. They have a QR code on the box that is a link to the installation video. Printed instructions are also included. The system is very similar to the one I had before for nearly 15 years, which made it really easy to fit under the sink, The included sticker to remind you to replace the filters is nice and I placed it on the inside of the cabinet door. In addition, the instructions show you how to pre-wash the pre-filters and very easy to follow. We have a water softener and have used an RO system for years. The water tastes great. Compared to the Express Water RO5DX Reverse Osmosis Filtration NSF Certified 5 Stage RO System with Faucet and Tank, that I bought and installed the week prior: Poor design, as it leaked from the start from the pre-filter containers. The instructions lacked details. They had one extra o-ring in the spare parts, but it did not work to prevent the leak. Needless to say, after installing the Express Water RO system I was frustrated. Uninstalled and returned the Express Water RO back to Amazon
