The first box was perfect. Great for my dry eyes. The second box I opened, however, was not. The saline solution was not what it said on the box. The solution was way too strong and burned my eyes and nasal passages. They did give me a refund. And the customer service was great!

Well packed, easy to detach from each other. More expensive than the average but it’s the only one which is sterile.

I use these in place of artificial tears because I am sensitive to the various additives in artificial tears. But I wish the ampoules were smaller and resealable, just like the unit dose artificial tears, but without all the artificial tears additives.
