Can this be applied with a pressurised liquid pump into the dpf of does it need to be via the jlm air tank ssystem?

This product can not added to the fuel tank. You need a special toolgun to use the fluid. if you are looking for a product which you can add to the fuel tank please use J02210

does this product produce foam from the exhaust?

Yes but not always it’s down to the design of the dpf how it oxidises . This makes no difference to the cleaning process . Top quality product 5star
