Does this taste like Italian style home made? Does it have a Mayo taste?

It is actually a bit "zingy" for my taste. I have assumed this tang may come from the vinegar content. For me, there is absolutely no mayo taste at all :-).

I can't find this exact info on the bottle. It does say on the front label: "NO Artificial Flavors - NO High Fructose Corn Syrup - NO MSG Added" :-)
