Very comfortable and supportive, however the velcro does eat into the material badly. Plan to fix that by sewing on 2 inch elastic strips on each side of the top where the straps attach. Think this will fix the problem.

None brace feels great. I just need a longer strap so that I can use it. For some reason my strap is incredibly short. If that part can be replace with a longer one I’m sur it would be a great brace!

How much would it cost to have a strap 6 inches longer?! Nice brace but the strap is too short. What is the sense to sell a product that only serves 50% of customers? Another foot or so would accommodate all customers.

I actually loved this sleeve the moment I put it on I felt instant relief and I know that sounds very much like a line, but I did. When I ordered I had doubts after reading the other reviews that seemed to good to be true, but a compression sleeve was recommended by my doctor. I have osteoarthritis in my knees. The size I originally ordered didn't not fit, when I contacted the company I was met with awesome customer service. I was informed that as soon as one in the size I needed became available it would be sent directly to me from the company and it was. The only issue I had was that after wearing it tended to roll down, but even after explaining that to the company i was still met with the same great customer service.After I explained to them what my issue was, customer service did something I never would have expected and left me with a deep respect for a company who rose above just making a sale.I sincerely hope this review will make you feel more at ease in testing this product even if you are unsure of making the purchase. If the rolling issue is addressed, I will definitely give them another try.

Works well

Got these for my Grandpa because his knees were bothering him so bad. He has arthritis and diabetes and is over 200lbs with thick legs. His previous sleeve was really tight on his leg and look like it was cutting into his leg. It looked like his leg was bleeding under the surface of the skin. No matter where we looked we couldn’t find a sleeve that seemed big enough to fit him good. So I decided to get these for him and he felt relief instantly. He was finally able to walk with minimal assistance from his walking stick and even walked short distances without it. He was able to drive and it helped reduce his pain and swelling.

Beware of the size on these they are very small and the measurements are off.. on top of that , I was told they are screening my return to decide whether I am able to return it. That takes up to 3 days to do that. I won’t be ordering from here again and I will file a complaint if I don’t get my refund. In the meantime I’m sitting here without a knee brace.. awesome .. more expensive than other braces of the same quality and the other sellers are much better with the return process.
