ANKOVO Pulse Oximeter Fingertip Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor Pulse Rate and SpO2 Level Portable with Lanyard and Batteries

I use this several times a day at work on multiple patients and have had a few in the past to compare this to. I do like the design as it looks a little sleeker and slightly slimmer than others and it comes with a lanyard which is fairly common. The display is vertical towards the patient so that's not as helpful since I have to read it upside down when facing the patient. There are others out there that allow you to change the display so that it can be facing you, facing the patient, or even horizontal. The reading panel on this oximeter seems to be placed more distally than others which great because it allows for people who have long nails or larger fingers to have more accurate readings. Sometimes the reading panel is too close to the hinge of the oximeter unit and fingers can't be place correctly. Also included are batteries. I've had other oximeters that include a carrying case or a silicon protector, however, this does not. I honestly find those a bit cumbersome adding weight to my already heavy pocket but you may want one to protect it especially if you drop it. It reads pretty quickly with a large number display so I don't have to bend down to view it as most of my patients are sitting. All you have to do is press the button and it'll read in a few seconds and it turns off if no finger is detected after 16 seconds. Overall pretty happy with purchase and would recommend.

Accurate and fast. Not as fast as a nonin but I didn't pay 100 plus dollars for the unit. The display is large and viewable and the unknit is simple to operate.
