Not anealed.

Good steal but not annealed
You will have to anneal this steel before trying to cut it. It is super hard. I had to put it in the forge and heat it to a glowing orange and then let it cool down until cool to touch. It is now ready to be worked. It makes great knives and is easy to harden. 4 stars only because it does not come annealed.

Metric Size, Not Inches As Advertized. Should Be No Surprise.
Fast shipment, but size is actually 3mm thick and 50mm wide. When measure in inches it is .003" shy in thickness and .021" short on width. Packaged very well. Made in China as stated. It seems hard for being annealed when I tried to work with it. It will suit my needs if I can anneal it, but I paid for annealed to save myself the work and fuel.
