Works great
Needed it for my adt doorbell/address light/garage lanterns. Provides power very consistently. And very heavy and durable.

Works perfectly and exposed the ignorance of two licensed electricians.
I bought one of the Ring Pro video doorbells. I read the instruction manual and saw that it required a 40(?)VA transformer to power it I looked at our existing doorbell transformer and it was only 20VA. This explained why our existing doorbells worked rather sporadically. Since we have two chimes (one per floor) I figured it would be safer to get a transformer with a higher VA rating. This unit is the one I ended up ordering. Now, I'll admit that I know a fair amount about electricity and electronics. That's why I bought the part which would need to be upgraded for the doorbell to actually work. In fact, I considered this install a no-brainer that I likely could have done in my sleep. But I'm also very busy, so I figured a licensed electrician could save me time by doing the installation for me. Well, the company actually sent over two electricians. When they arrived, I handed them the doorbell and the replacement transformer then directed them to where the chimes and transformer were located. I was about to go back to my office/workshop when the electrician asked me what the transformer was for. I told him he would have to replace the one in the garage because it only put out half the power required by the video doorbell. He snorted and gave a sideways glance to his partner then said we aren't going to need this. I shrugged and went back to my office. Over an hour later, my wife came and said they had been trying/failing to get the doorbell to work for an hour and wanted to talk to me. I came in and they started telling me there must be something wrong with the doorbell and that they weren't going to be able to finish the install. I looked him in the eye and asked if he had installed the transformer I gave him when he walked in. He got an irritated look on his face and said, "no, but it won't matter." I just looked at him and said if you expect to be paid, go install that transformer right now. Then, I opened my iPad and checked the software installation they supposedly finished earlier. It was wrong. I fixed it by the time they came back from the garage mumbling their discontent between themselves. I walked out the front door. Saw the diode they were supposed to have removed, yanked it off, then pressed the doorbell button. It worked perfectly and sounded the chimes on both floors perfectly. They were a lot more humble when they left. One even asked me why that transformer was needed in the first place. I guess he was zoned out when I explained it earlier. So, not only was this a great transformer that solved a problem installing the Ring Pro (which is hardwired without batteries) but it served to school a couple of pompous electricians who apparently didn't understand what a Volt/Amp is or why it's important to provide enough to cover the needs of your device. If you are having trouble with a Ring Pro, you might want to try this transformer. It worked perfectly and had plenty of power to spare for feeding our two sets of normal door chimes.

Easy install, the power I needed.
I run a Ecobee4 thermostat, and three Ring video doorbell Pros off this device. That's why I had to upgrade my transformer, the original unit would run the doorbells and one camera fine, but when the time came that I added additional cameras and upgraded my thermostat I needed something that would offer more power and higher voltage. I wasn't sure if I would still need additional room to grow but this unit offered all the power I needed now and then a bit to spare and was a good price. I have had it installed for a long while now and have never experienced any problems with it. All of the cameras and the thermostat have been solid.

Excellent Value for Price
This item was a non-OEM replacement for a repair. It was far less expensive. I was confident the product would work as need from extensive use of this brand. The item mounted okay and that is the only issue I had with the product. The foot mount appears to be the same one used on the manufacturers similar products that are smaller. It did not give much clearance to install fasteners when mounting even with a long bit due to the transformer to mount foot size ratio. The built in breaker is just an added benefit so long as it doesn't become a conveinance for resets due to other issues.

Works fine and has overload protector
Had bad relay which caused previous transformer to burn out. This one just clicked and everything works fine after relay was replaced and breaker reset. If not for overload protection I would have to buy another transformer at that point.

Is exactly as pictured
It works well. Turns 120v AC input into a little over 24 volts AC. Primary coil pulls 200 milliamps when running one damper actuator.

Replaced a 50 year old transformer attached to an octagon box and works great. Only problem is it is a bit tall to connect to the box, so unscrewed the box and used the transformer as the mount for both. This easily provides enough power for two Ring Pro doorbells (front and back door).

Like this , works good.

The label on the box doesn’t match the product. I need a 120:24v transformer and they sent a box that was labeled for 2 different transformers, and the transformer inside was a 480:120v transformer. I ordered a replacement and it had the same mislabeled box.
