XBLOOM IS BLOOMING!
This is a qualitative product, packaged in an easy to use manner. The technology behind the XBLOOM has made it a wonder to use! I even brewed fresh tea with it yesterday, at exactly the right temperature & flow rate to extract the best of it. 🤓

not balanced, much closer to a light roast
As is common with any of these 'systems', they seem to have a hard time differentiating between the Light/Medium/Dark categories. My notes on this blend: acid, citrus, with a background of malt, wood, and the slightest hint of caramel. This is a very low-body beverage, thin, with an acidic mouthfeel. So, as you can see, this is more of a light-medium roast.
