It’s not clear from the description or the mixed reviews what plug you would get. Mine came with a US plug - I’m in the U.K. and ordered from Amazon UK - October 2026. Some reviewers said they got a U.K. plug so I think it is simply pot luck. I used an adapter and kept it anyway because it is a very good hair tool. It is a thermal hot curling wand to be used on dry hair. I tried it on air dried hair and also rough blow dried and the results were the same - impressive. I have super thin and fine hair which is in frizzy and a bit wavy condition. Love this tool, I like to use it first with the ion function off so it’s just heat to get the amazing root lift and the bends and shape my hair - it’s a similar lift to using giant rollers. The brush has great grip and control - the bristles are a great idea. Then I give a quick once over with the ion generator on (green) which removes static and helps to smooth frizz and at the hair. When this is on it’s really strange feeling because the brush doesn’t grip your hair and almost slips straight through like it’s a different tool to what you were just using. I noticed some reviewers mentioned bristles falling out - when you look closer at the barrel you can see it’s a bristle brush with a ceramic barrel cage over the top - some holes have fewer or no bristles poking through the holes while some have multiple bristles poking through the ceramic holes - I’m wondering if that inconsistency is why some people think the bristles are falling off? Overall it’s a great hair tool, the us plug is simple enough to sort by using an adapter (the voltage range of the tool is fine for U.K.) I really like the effect it has on my thin and fine hair, I like its ion function and I’m happy with my purchase.

Product unusable as it doesn’t have a UK plug and it also doesn’t fit any of my adapters, so returning it

A real disappointment taking it out of the box to try for the first time and to see that it doesn't even have a UK plug. It is unusable so I will return.

Bought this only to discover it has a US plug so won’t work in the uk without an adapter.

works good although it has a american plug though so you need a travel adapter

Love it! Game changer! Gives great frizz free style or straightening. Doesn’t get too hot like flat iron and less damaging. Easy to use. Travels well. I have long fine hair, but a lot of it. It is straight and curly. So frizz fighting is a chore. This is one of the best tools I have used. Why does this matter? I was a stylist for years. This works. I recommend.

That item was totaly with hair and used and the charger was not with in the packet
