It is a bit too sweet, and because it does not contain seed oils, it’s not thick and creamy. If you want a protein shake, this won’t satisfy straight out of the can. However, if you add it to coffee with cream, it’s delicious! It adds an entirely new dimension to coffee. Or, put it in the blender with cream and flavor it however you want.
