have saved writing this until coop a year old for an accurate overview of whether the cost is worth it. house remains in brill condition and well worth the investment - no pests or red mite to date, and opening mechanism is genius. Shame secure netting isn't designed as well - lets the whole thing down and is soon going to need replacing. its not standing up to being moved, bending, plastic clips coming off, door become buckled and flimsy, metal poles to close door have both bent and need replacing. Unless you are small and flexible you can't get in through the door to retrieve feeders , water bowls etc or to clean the ladder, or to spend time with your girls The skirt keeps coming unclipped from the body and the ladder has rusted. spent £50 on the wheels , thinking this would help to move it easily, but they don't work on the gravel we have for a base, not sure they would work on bark or grass either, only a very smooth surface, and then only back and forwards, can't move run through 90 or 180 degrees, to protect from angle of sun/wind/rain etc.
