You know you need to hydrate, during any season, but that plain old water gets boring after a bit. Add a little Mio to break the monotony and learn to love water again! Take it with you to restaurants, cookouts, etc, to keep your hydration levels up.

I really liked this flavor - I wanted to try MIO hydrate instead of the normal powders I've used before. Mixing is far easier than the powders of course, and the flavor is good. The plastic wrap around the cap ensured zero leakage in transit. The number of servings this provides over the powders is also a great value. Functionally, it seemed to work as well as the powders.

This is my favorite mio flavor. Taste like strawberry lemonade plus it has electrolytes. All at a good price

I was a little surprised by how sour the flavor was, but I still loved it. Has plenty of flavor, and you won't be disappointed. If I'm using a venti-sized tumbler (large), then I use three squirts. If I'm using a Stanley-sized tumbler (extra large), then I use four squirts. These are easily portable, and they don't leak as long as you make sure that you close the lid all the way (it should click when you close it). You do sometimes get the die on your hands when you're squirting it, but for the most part, it's fine (and that can't really be helped anyways). I would give it five stars, but the sourness was a little much for me. Most people probably love it though so bear that in mind.

Like all the other Mio products, I love it. The flavor is great & it tastes awesome. I use this when I don’t drink the other energy Mio flavors.

Got this to help encourage my kids to drink more fluids and stay hydrated during sports. They both like the taste.
