Q: What's the typical expiration time frame for these?

I went through two bottles with the expiration date of 12/14 but the pumps need frequent attention by running hot water over the nozzle or digging out the dried chocolate plugging the hole, or by disassembling the entire pump and cleaning it. When I leave for a few days, I put the bottle in the refrigerator because of the reviews I had read about mold. I LOVE the thick sauce but the pump is a high maintenance item (few problems with the caramel sauce pump).
