I bought dark brown and purple and mixed them in my hands as I was doing my hair. My hair has gone totally white and it covered my greys amazingly, much better than the hair salon. My hair looks lovely as the 2 colours have mixed really well. It smells lovely and was very easy to apply to dry hair once I figured there's a stopper on the pump. I just applied it to dry hair, combed it through, put a plastic bag over my head, left it about 20 mins and washed it off. My hands are purple but that should fade.I'm definitely gonna buy this again as it easily covered my really stubborn greys and was so easy to use and the colour is so vibrant. Much better result than the salon.Just remember to remove the little stopper at the end of the pumpF

It colours my normal (non grey hair) and the colour is nice. But all my greys are still grey.I tired to "leather it up" but it doesn't. I tried it several times before leaving this review. I really wanted it to work.But I dot get why it says on the packet that it works best with hot water when I'm supposed to use it on dry hair....?I tried to leather it up with some hot water but it didn't work that way either.I wish it did.

It’s really good it’s sorted my Grey’s and last for quite sometime, I ordered the dark brown but it seems to have left a reddish hue on my hair so slightly disappointed but main thing is it covered my greys in 10 mins and doesn’t stink the house out and easily wipes off skin, will buy again.Better than plantar and a lot better priced

Nice and gentle on hair, does cover grey roots and easy and so much quicker than traditional hair dyes, used at home. The ‘four pumps’ as mentioned in manufacture’s comments, relates to how much you should use, each time you apply - not in total, to cover all your hair. Bottle will last well. Well worth the money, I will continue to buy this product.I would like a ‘Warm Brown’ colour though.

Despite any videos you have seen with bare handed applications, make sure you wear gloves. It does stain the hands. Colour match is okay and application is easy, but it IS messier than it looks. Not fully convinced it is less harsh on the hair than other box dyes, but I use a conditioner afterwards.

Love this hair dye , so easy to use , no mixing , no horrible smell , A word of warning though , this shade of dark brown does go quite red , but i don't mind that myself , it does tone down a bit after a few washes , I have shoulder length curly hair and i can get at least 3 hair dyes out of it , much cheaper than buying from the Polar web site where you pay about £30 to £40 .Doesn't dry my hair out too much , as i have quite dry hair anyway , A good condition after makes it good again .

I got the dark brown .. it when ginger used it 3 times still ginger .. and you DO need gloves and it does NOT lather .. waste of money

I bought the PURPLE, it's ok, gives I an all over cover of a nice colour, but the roots are cerise and as It says it doesn't stain....just washing it out stained my nails a cerise colour too, it's also a little harsh on your hair, it felt awful until I conditioned it and it took AGES to rinse out. Smells OK though
