Super disappointed with this product. I have wanted this thing for YEARS and finally pulled the trigger. I got it, unboxed it, turned it on, used it for less than 15 minutes when it just...turned off. It started flashing red, so the manual says that indicates a dirty filter. How?! IT'S BRAND NEW. So I took the filter off, blew it, replaced it. Then it's flashing white, which I guess means there's still something wrong with the filter. I looked it up and I found that can be a sign of overheating. But I used it less than 15 minutes not even on the heat setting! I also was completely unable to connect it to Bluetooth. I was hoping that if I connected it it would tell me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it but nope. It would not connect. I contacted Dyson support and they said they wouldn't do anything for me since it was purchased through Amazon. Amazon, thankfully, is exchanging it but I am highly disappointed in this. For being a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR piece of equipment, I expected much, MUCH better from Dyson. I hope I just received a defective product, and will update my review of the next one works as intended.

This is an awesome product. Well worth the money. My hairstylist daughter recommended it, and I’m so pleased I purchased it. It has several attachments, and since I’ve used it my hair isn’t all dried out. When I style my hair with it I always get compliments and the body I get with it stays for days. I was on the fence for I while about buying it, but I am so glad a took the plunge!!

I had high hopes for the airwrap, but I guess my hair just doesn’t like it. I’ve followed all the directions and tutorials and my hair just won’t hold the curls. For reference I have very thin, fine hair. Works good for general drying and straightening though.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it. I have used it a few times while visiting and I should have definitely gotten one for myself. The quality is great, and I love the airflow control and how you can change it from hot to cold. Great if you prefer not to use heat on your hair because it isn't like a normal blow dryer where you have to hold the cold button. It is a sliding button and once on cold it stays until you change it. It is pretty comfortable to hold and is a little better than average drying time.
