I only review items that are really good or really bad... this is REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD!I’ve only connected this to my LG V40 android phone and iPad Pro so maybe, just maybe PC works better but I doubt it. Bluetooth connection is quick and simple after downloading the app but after that, it was a nightmare setting it up. I’m not going to go into too much detail but here are a few of the things that I encountered in the 2+ hours spent trying to set this up:1. iOS app is a joke... if using this with iPhone or iPad, don’t bother! Functions are limited and what’s available doesn’t work.2. Can only connect to one device at a time... and switching between devices is a pain.3. Can use it to remotely control things on your device but most of the time it doesn’t work. When it does work, it freezes your device. I tried on both my near top of the line phone and tablet and results are similar. For example: A. Can turn on/off LED light but will completely freeze your phone/tablet... you can’t do anything but wait for the message to tell you it’s not responding and tap on close... or if you don’t want to wait several minutes, you’ll have to shut down and restart to get out of it. The 7th or 8th time this happened I gave up and started writing this review, leaving my phone in the frozen state to see if it will get out of it on its own and how long it will take. As of now, still frozen. B. Remotely snapping a picture doesn’t work at all and immediately freezes your device. C. Remotely starting/stopping audio/video recording does nothing. Prior to using this function, you have to give it access to your microphone and camera and choose which camera, front or back to use. The app is supposed to do the rest but when I press the button a predetermined amount of times, it does nothing. I don’t see the camera or audio functions open. It just immediately freezes your screen not allowing you to do anything else but wait or restart. D. In a similar note, you have to set up and predefine how many clicks of the button to push and what it will do. 1 click and 2 clicks are predefined and cannot be changed. You can program 3, 4, 5... up to 9 clicks and assign something different for each one. Fore example, 9 clicks will take a picture, 8 clicks will turn on LED light and so on. Who in their right mind will use this? Maybe 3 clicks or even 4 but after that you’d be confused how many times you just pushed the stupid button. E. There’s more but I’ll stop here because there’s no point. Even if everything else worked perfectly, there’s no way I would recommend this device.4. Just checked my phone and it’s still frozen. Will take a few minutes to restart and remove the app immediately. Hopefully it will not have any negative effects on my phone after uninstall.5. Battery life on the unit can’t be good. After 2 hours trying to set it up, I got a low battery warning. It uses one of those oversized watch batteries. There are no screws so looks like you have to just pry it open and snap it to close. Several time of this and who knows?6. There’s more but...My conclusion...It’s sad and shocking that a company would produce and sell a product like this. The concept and idea is good and moving forward, there’s potential for a good or even great product. This is at best in its early stages not nearly ready for production and market. There are other functions like RFID which would allow you to unlock a door just by touching or being close to it. Supposed to work with anything with a RFID chip. It can be programmed and reprogrammed for specific functions. Possibilities are endless. I have an RFID enable door lock but need a special device ro program it to work. Since none of the basic function worked, I didn’t bother to even try this.I consider myself above average when it come to figuring out modern or high tech devices. I have all or most of the latest and greatest electronics and gadgets. I can usually figure out how to set up and use most things on my own through manuals and written instructions and start up guides. On occasion I will resort to YouTube videos or online guides but in the end I’m able to get things up and running. The problems with this product is beyond me. Hopefully it’s just software and an update to the app will fix everything. Until then, I do not recommend this product at all... not even if it’s free!

It looks great. Unfortunately I tried it on two PCs with three dongles and just can't make it work. I'm sure it would work fine if I bought their adapter, but that defeats the whole purpose of a standard interface. I only bought it because it said it was 4.0 compatible, I checked my system and I have the LE enumerator If it doesn't work with my standard bluetooth 4.0 adapters, then I'll look for another security fob that will.

Update: I bought another device for myself in case I lose the original and I couldn't have been happier with both devices.This is a product by a Ukranian guy and he definitely knows what he is doing. Great product. I am very happy with everything and I have already recommended this product to my friends and family! THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT EVERYWHERE TO SUPPORT PROXIMITY WINDOWS LOGON LOCK!!! THIS IS A VERY VERY CONVENIENT FEATURE and it is beautifully implemented in this one. I also love the password manager, RFID capabilities and the hot-button. Great! Thank you!

While it was not the easiest thing to get setup, once I got the passwords, OTP, and the screen lock working it has been fantastic. I even bought the program so I could program my HID card into this device. I only wish the password manager software was better in that it would allow me to decrypt the stored passwords or get the code for the TOTP so I could put it on another device. It has improved since I first purchased and buy these for my friends and employees.

I was very disappointed to find out that this product is not supported for Apple products. After many attempts to set it up, I requested support, and was notified that they haven't supported Apple products for several years. Unfortunately, I spent so much time trying to make it work, thinking I was doing something wrong or missing a step, that I went past the return period, so this was a big waste of money for me. Apparently the ad I read, which enticed me to buy this product, was a couple of years out of date.

Actually just bought it for my wife as a gift.I’m so tired of convincing here to make separate and strong password - she keeps forgetting them and tends to use one for everything.This small thing covers all problems - now she has it with the home keys and I feel her accounts are secured well.

Easy to use and works as advertised. I recommend this security device.

Never seemed to work properly! Always wearing down phone battery!

Mi aspettavo funzionasse offline, invece richiede la registrazione al sito del fornitore e la connessione attiva per loggarsi nel proprio account, senza login non é possibile utilizzare le varie app. Mi chiedo quale garanzia io abbia nel memorizzare i miei dati, cosa succede se per qualsiasi motivo la casa produttrice chiudesse? Come potrei accedere alle mie password se i server a cui si connettono le app andassero offline? A questo punto molto meglio un servizio come Roboform che volevo sostituire appunto con questa chiavetta.

Don't like the idea that it is so hard to install is not too compatible with my pc so far

On reçoit la clé et la batterie est vide et ne fonctionne pas. C'est la moindre des choses de livrer des objets qui fonctionne. Très désagréable.
