Amazing device. I have back issues and this makes cleaning the floors so easy. It works great and is very easy to clean!!! I recommend this especially if you have pain and mobility issues. Very easy to handle, it's slightly self propelled, it moves and turns smoothly. It will lay almost flat so getting under tables and cabinets is easy. It makes cleaning floors fast and easy. More than halves the cleaning time.

Tried to order 2 attachments, a zillion emails and calls later, (it keeps getting 'escalated' to higher ups. Nice a human actually answers the phone almost immediately though! Little handheld works like a charm! Then big wet/dry vac stopped working. Brush doesn't role, gears don't switch, no talking anymore. Can't self clean..I MEAN NOTHING BUT A MOTOR HUM.Called customer service again, sent videos, kept getting emails. My window to send back was almost over. No choice but to send back. Sure wish I would of loved it but. For the price of something just sitting in the corner, had to send back. This sucks. And not in a good way.

Great vacuum, works good. Sometimes it feels that suction is a little weak even in Turbo. Battery never led me down, ample for a studio or one bedroom. Be sure to clean after each use, otherwise the water tank will get smelly

DO NOT BUY!!!! Do not buy this piece of garbage unless you want to throw your hard earned money away. I used this item three times and now it does not work. Will not mop floor. Contacted their customer service and provided a video showing them it doesn't work. I spent over $400.00 for garbage. I purchased this item thinking it was a quality product. Boy was I wrong!!!

This is the easiest way to vacuum and clean my floors ever! It has cut my cleaning time in half. But best of all my floors are super clean. My whole house is hardwood and tile which before the Mova it took so long to clean and my floors never looked clean. Now they are!

The media could not be loaded. So far I love this. I had the Bissell prior which was terrible. This machine cleans. Lightweight, one water tank allows me to do my entire kitchen once. The pull out handle is a great feature. Love the different modes, there are 3. I've used the middle and 3rd. Took seconds to assemble. I haven't used the self clean function as I need to charge but will update my review. So far very impressed. I used it on linoleum flooring which has small crevices and this cleaned it well.
