I love palmers lotion. This one has a light scent which is good. It’s very thick so a little goes a long way. It doesn’t have mineral oil so it’s great for using with spray tans or self tanner. I’ll definitely buy again

Palmer’s is always a win. Their lotions are hydrating. However, this vanilla scent is absolutely a WIN!! Definitely one of the best vanilla scents I’ve ever used. I will repurchase this again and again.

Nice and creamy and it smells just like yummy Vanilla, they nailed it with this scent, it's hard to catch that Vanilla scent, but you guys nailed it thank you Palmer's now can you make me a bigger bottle please, this little thing goes to fast

Updated Review 4/5/2025Originally, yes I did feel this was nothing novel. But… upon a few days of use I want to add a star! It’s tricky in the sense that, when in the bottle you don’t really get anything. You have to really get the cream in your hands and warmed on the skin/body. Once you start rubbing it in and it heats up on the body, the vanilla scent starts coming through beautifully. It’s a very warm gourmand smell. Very moisturizing, but slightly less than the original. I would now saw 8.5 out of 10.So, I ordered this then ended up smelling it in store at Marshall’s. There’s no novel scent here. If you’re expecting a warm vanilla, or gourmandiness* to say - that’s absent. I’m not sure why it’s being marketed as vanilla. It mostly smells like the original palmers cocoa butter we all know and love. If you’re buying just for the vanilla scent, skip it or just get the original. Still a good overall butter for skin and stretch marks.

I love Palmers products so I had to try this one. I love this one another edition to the family. A great smell, moisturizing and what else it’s Palmers !! It won’t disappoint you it will take you to the Tropics or you will at least smell like you been there. I forgot the skin will feel soft and smell oooh so good and the price not so bad but wish it came in a bigger bottle that’s the only negative but the scent lasts a good while so it was worth it.

I love palmers products but this vanilla does not smell good to me. It smells nothing like vanilla really. But the lotion itself is good palmers quality. If you want a vanilla lotion that also works well I recommend the cashmere vanilla by EOS. It is a little on the greasy side at first but it is better once it drys….and it smells delicious. Excellent for nighttime. Very vanilla with a caramel note.

This is my go to vanilla lotion. I can layer it with any of my perfumes
