I've been very happy with my purchase of URBNFit's Core Sliders! It took a little getting used to, making certain my feet didn't slide off of them, but the work out is really tremendous and I am so happy that I bought them. I use them on carpet and while I wish there was a way to grip them a bit better, I've gotten used to their flat shape and I use them every day. The exercises are hitting muscle groups that my usual boxing workout doesn't. Very happy with my purchase(yes, I bought them, with no additional discount for providing a review), and I would(and have)recommended them to others.

I liked the design of this product: a little bit more finished than most, and a little larger than other fitness gliders I have used. The packaging of the product was also very high quality. However, the product I received had some flaws/difficulties. Right when I took it out of the box, one of the glider's black felt covers on the side you use on hard glossed surfaces was coming off of the foam base underneath. No matter how I turned the slider, when I'm on a hard surface, the felt gets peeled back more and more. Also, when I try to use them on the type of carpet I have (higher density, more coarse), it is impossible for me to slide them back to my starting positions during exercise. I don't know if it's because I am a little bit higher bodyweight (215 #) and that just makes too much friction between surfaces or if it would be better on a different kind of carpet. But either way in my case, I don't know how much I will actually be able to use these and might have to look for a different pair soon. I'm still giving them 4 stars because I feel like the problem with the felt might be a fluke and the problem with the carpet might depend on your situation.

Great sliders! They work great in carpet. I didn't use in the other side as My husband and I exercise in the basement in carpet. At the work gym we use washcloths in hard wood floor, what works well too. But for carpet those are great. It kicks your core routine up a notch!

My sliders work so well on my floors. I just have had them for a little over a week and I feel the burn on my stomach. If you are looking for something to help tone your abs then this it it. They are very portable and work as they are suppose to.

These gliding discs are very solid and sturdy so the quality is not an issue.I’m not sure if it’s the way that I am using the gliding discs or the positioning of my feet while on the discs, but I can never seem to keep them under my feet while exercising. This means while in the middle of a pike, knee tucks or mountain climbers the discs fly from under my feet. It’s really annoying as it happens repeatedly!Maybe the circle is too small or I should consider gliding discs with an oblong shape.

After buying a new DVD that had a small workout using these I had to have some. THese are light weight and makes the exercise fun. They supply a user guide too.

This is a good deal, it slides on multiple surfaces with no problems. They are small, light weight, and easy to fit in a gym bag. These seem well made. The only issue I have with these sliders is if I am just wearing socks, my feet slip off occasionally.The sliders are a great alternative to the more expensive ones that do the exact same thing. Work great on carpet or hardwood floor. Minor complaint is that the slider size seems to be a little too small for my feet, so you have to occasionally adjust your foot positioning on the pads to find balance.But over all very pleased with this.

Sliders are amazing! For under $20 you can have a total body workout. The work on carpet, tile, wood, linoleum, and probably any other flooring surface imaginable.These sliders come with a handydandy que card with excercise suggestions That hit every muscle group. Great for AMRAP - beginners and experts a like. Great for core fitness, stability, and a coordination. Highly recommended. I have a set at home and at the office. Great for travel, too!

The main problems are that they don't slide well on carpet and when you perform any kind of exercise when you are reaching far out with arms or legs, it's almost impossible to bring them back in. This isn't due to friction of the discs, but the fact that there's not enough leverage. The discs are light and small and you have a considerable amount of weight on them. The discs are only good for reaching out very slightly, which does very little exercise wise. Possibly good for rehab of some sort, though it's hard to think otherwise that these are anything but a gimmick. For £5, you can't really go wrong trying these out if you are curious!

I like the idea of the product but I personally found using these sliders rather cumbersome. Like some previous reviewers have experienced, feet keep coming off when using these sliders. So, instead of concentrating on building up repetition of exercises, your mind is preoccupied with the worry of feet coming off which is annoying. However, it does make you focus on form because of this.Eventually, I decided to give the product away.

They slide as advertised. I'm sure that for someone with more self discipline, that core will strengthen and you'll be sporting a splendid six pack. I, on the other hand, will always have the abs of famed wrestler of yesteryear, Big Daddy.

Speedy delivery. Includes a handy workout leaflet. I use these to supplement a weekly Pilates lesson I have with a brilliant instructor.They are fantastic if used correctly. Perfect price. Excellent quality. I’m going to get some in for Christmas presents!
