Wonderful product that helped me get my kidney creatinine number down. My doctor was astonished at how quickly it worked. I used it to make barley water to drink and clear excess protein from my kidneys. It really does work!

Product of Italy not tampered or sprayed with chemicals. Tastes like American barley

Good quality but too expensive

Not sure what there is to say about barley. I prefer a softer, almost mushy texture when using these in soups, and these take longer to get near that texture than the package instructions would suggest. Good for those of you who prefer your barley to have a noticeable chew though, so if that's what you're looking for definitely get these and follow the instructions.

This barley is tasty. I made a huge pot of barley soup and the family loved it. Surprised they did. So I will make again and buy this product. Nice package and quality product.

This is the only organic barley I could find online. I don't really trust the 360 brand. I think most of their products are questionably organic and are made by large corporations. Tastes good. Seems pricey.
