AnolonProfessional Hard-Anodized Nonstick 15-Piece Cookware Set

I purchased these as a replacement for an Analon set I had for about 10 years. These pans cook my food alright, but they don't seem to be as non stick as my previous set and they are not heavy bottom like the old ones. The lids get very hot. I wish I had spent the extra money and bought a different set in this line.

The non-stick on these pans is so good that you do not need to use oil. The only time I add oil to the pan before cooking is when I want to add flavoring to the food being cooked. Clean up is so easy, everything just wipes out of the pan.

We had a previous set that was thicker brims and bases of pots an pans, but overall, this set is nice and love the design. 1st set was 5 star for durability because it was a little bit thicker and felt more stout.

I was looking around if Analon Prfessional was still made. Glad I found it as I need to replace a small frying pan and pot from the set I purchased in 1999. Yes I've had these Analon for almost 20 years. I'm a cook and could not be happier with this product.

This has to be the best pots and pans I have ever owned. My old set was bought in 2001. They are sill in great condition,just wanted a new set.Just hand wash them and they will last.Take care of them and they will take care of you.Also love the glass lids. You can see what’s going on.
